Frequently asked questions
How does the 7-day prorated refund work?
Email refund@caaspptest.com within 7 days of purchase. We refund the unused portion: (tests remaining ÷ tests purchased) × amount paid. A test counts as "used" once any answer is submitted. After 7 days, all sales are final.
Do tests expire?
No. Once purchased, your tests stay in your account until you use them.
Will it auto-renew?
No. Every purchase is one-time. There are no subscriptions and no surprise charges.
How does the Family 15-Pack work with multiple children?
After purchase you can create up to 3 child profiles on your account. Each child has their own grade, score history, and weak-topic breakdown. You pick which child takes each test. The 15 tests are shared across all your children.
Can I add more children later?
If you bought a Single Test or 5-Pack and want to add a second child, just upgrade by purchasing a Family 15-Pack — your account will expand to 3 child slots.
How accurate is the practice scale score?
Our scale scores use the official CAASPP performance level cutoffs and Smarter Balanced (SBAC) scoring framework for each grade and subject. While no practice test perfectly predicts the real CAASPP, our score is a strong indicator of where your child stands relative to grade-level expectations.
Is this suitable for grades 9, 10, and 12?
CAASPP officially tests grades 3–8 and 11 only. For grades 9, 10, and 12, we offer standards-aligned year-round practice at grade-appropriate difficulty.
